This place is GOOD I got some chicken tenders and they were AWESOME and usually the service is bad but today was a good day to reveiw because it was AMAZING

Great place with a sports bar and fun atmosphere. Classic food with wings, burgers, and other speciality type dishes. Ask about daily specials.

Very good service (Gaby was our server) and food. We ordered the sliders, fried pickles and the shrimp and sausage mac and cheese. The chocolate chip cookie with ice cream was really good but smaller than I expected. Overall a good experience, we'll definitely go back.

Crab cake smelled and tasted like bad meat. Ribs are so so

Been here a couple dozen times at least. Never a bad experience. Usually get the same waiter whom is very nice. Delicious food and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

We waited 54 minutes for our order which was fair at best. The food was dry and under flavored. I will NOT ever go back here.

Ordered wings to go and was told 10-15 minutes. Walked in the door at 15 minutes and waited another 20 minutes before I got my wings. The wings were good but definitely not what I remember. For a Saturday night the place was not very busy. I used to really enjoy eating here. Maybe the place needs a refresh in both decor and service?

Some of the worst food I've seen in a while. Burnt boneless chicken tenders and a club sandwich with only the bread on top. How do you forget the bottom of a Sandwich? The only reason they get 3 stars is because the service was excellent.

Not bad food. But my understanding is they are closing down in 2 weeks not sure why and I think this is their last location open. If you like this place you may want to support the local business while you can. Seafood Flat bread, crab dip and crab pizza all really good.

Slow service, small plates, wings extra crispy as asked for and very good.

At 9 on a Saturday night the restaurant portion was completely empty. Bar area had 1 table in use and handful of people at the bar. There was a time this place would be packed. We went to sit at a table in the bar area but every table top was dirty.Server did wipe off one of the tables when we asked. We ordered a starter of crab stuffed jalapeno poppers. These are fried and pretty sure they are from a box but were better then expected. The shrimp wrap was full of good sized shrimp in a toasted crisp wrap. Good flavor. Fries were hot and done right. Cesar Salad was average. Service was ok but for as empty as the place was it took longer than expected to get our food.So cleanliness was poor, service ok, food good. Atmosphere was depressing.

It wasn't like amazing....customer service was okay. The food is mostly fried bar food. The tacos were good.

Love the food. I use to go every Friday night after work and the bartenders/barbacks had the best personalities. I hope to visit again soon.

I stopped in for the $12 special. Lump crab cake, french fries, and coleslaw. A great meal!

The only thing that is actually good is the wings, So if your planning on order something other then wings don’t waste your money, We ordered steak and it wasn’t cooked they way we asked and it was nothing but fat, and the sides are Disgusting, and we told the manager and he was very Unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this place waste of money!

Absolutely disgusting, and I'm referring to the food and the staff. There are two gentleman who work there as managers that were openly swearing and harassing one of their teenage hostesses while I was dining there. She ended up quitting mid shift and rightfully so. Not cool. Along with the unpleasant and hostile dining atmosphere, I witnessed the same manager prepare an entire salad with his bare hands. Literally palming croutons and cheese and serving it to customers. Terrible experience.

Had the all you can eat wings on 1/21/19. First batch was okay. Second batch was served on styrofoam dish and the wings were burnt to a crisp. Despite there being one other table besides mine, the service was terrible. I could hear my server laughing in the back with the other staff members. We did not even get her name and she was always no where to be found. I asked for napkins and did not receive any. I basically had to flag her down for a refill. I had a different server refill my drink and bring the second horrible tray. Once I asked for my check she had the audacity to ask if i wanted another tray seeing i didn't even finish one wing off of the one I had. Just terrible.

My worst restaurant experience ever. It took 30 minutes to get a drink, 90 minutes to get a soup ( after I told the server I will leave if she can't bring the soup in next five minutes). The crab cake was burned and we got the appetizer potato skins after we finished our main dish. The server was new and didn't know what she was doing. I was told there were only 2 people in the kitchen and I was told they lost our ticket. No one even offered an apology.

The food was not that great. Luckily the waitress took it off my bill and I traded for wings which were okay. Service was good just not so much the food.

Below average food for the price, uncomfortable seating, and the bar mats smell bad. I enjoyed this place a little over a decade ago, but today was likely our last visit.

Been going to Bateman's for years. Never had a problem. Good and reliable. We did like the Glen Burnie location but go to Severna Park now. Not quite as good, but still enjoyable and friendly.

I will always love Bill Bateman's, I miss Bill Bateman's in Glen Burnie, so I go out if my way to enjoy this atmosphere and the great tasting food!

Great Service, friendly staff. Manager (Kenny) stopped by our table to ensure things were good. Will definitely come back and refer friends and family.

Good food and good atmosphere

If you happen to be on Ritchie Highway in this area and you get a chance to go to Bateman's they have an all you can eat wings special. Couple of my friends were over there having something to eat and they called me and said if you got a chance come on over and join us. I did glad of it good people good fun good food!

This place is exactly what you expect from a neighborhood bar/restaurant. Great food for the price, personable service and local atmosphere.

Bill bateman's has amazing food. I'm never disappointed. The wings are perfect. My guy gets the old bay wings. And I suggest always getting the crab dip pretzel! I even get that as just my meal sometimes. So delicious. I've never had a rude waitress. Everyone is usually nice and in good spirit, so this is a great place to bring the family 😁👍👍

Only good thing about this dive is 2 for 1 drinks on Thursdays. Place is old, dated, and greasy. Day shift bartenders couldn't be any less attentive.

Great food and you get to watch the game and have a brew! What else do you want?

Love this place very pricey but it's all worth it and the have the best wings in town I just love the fact that every Monday is all you can eat wings there hot fresh and fast well done bill bateman's

Clan. Service was good, good was ok. Process reasonable. Don't recommend paint-night here, tables are not set up well and leave very little room for painting and eating.

So sad to hear you're closing! Where will I get a great crab pretzel now???!!

It's a nice place for family,date night hanging with your friends or even solo. The people and staff are always very nice and friendly. The drinks are sooooo good.

My steak was definately expired. The one bite I took tasted like a sour rag and really screwed up my stomach. Avoid this place at all costs!

The menu has gotten smaller so not a ton of options. The food is good though. Not crowded when we went.

Food is good WHEN it's right. However out of the last 5 visits, twice the meals were incorrect.

Love the food my waitress was very nice and helpful my order was the 8oz steak medium rare with mac and cheese and fries which was very good and everything was seasoned perfectly

Very poor service. I’m local but never come here even though it’s extermely convenient. I’ve been to the Severna Park location a few dozen of times over the course of 20 years and service has NEVER been great. If I’m spending money I expect to be greeted and treated nicely no matter what. I gave 2 stars because the food isn’t terrible but the service SUCKS. Chick fil a has way better customer service and you don’t have to spend as much.

Bill Bateman's is delicious. But this location looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. My butt stuck to the seat, my hands felt crumbs and goo on the table..

Good place to get beer and food.

New management sucks, bartenders have to cover too much room.....asked for Jim beam shots at 5:30 on Saturday and got them at 6:00 when we asked for third time. Took over 10 mins to get beers when placed order sitting at bar. Asked our bartender for celery with our buffalo wings she said yes and then 7 minutes later put her backpack on and walked out (her shift was done). No one was responsive or they had too many people to care for. Manager stood and walked around like a bouncer not helping staff and was worthless. Doubt I'll go again, and that's a shame I loved this place. Side note pirate guy with pony tail was good.

Service was meh. The burnt chicken tenders in the kids meal is what really makes give low reviews. How in the hell do you screw up chicken tenders. Kids are already picky enough as it is, please dont burn their damn food, if I wanted to fight my pack of hangry toddlers over eating a nasty dinner, I would have stayed home haha. Oh and the dried macaroni noodles we found when we opened the kids menu. Barf.

One of our favorite places. Pretty quiet and accommodating for infants. We prefer the dining area on the lower level than the bar area with the tv's. It's a little busier up there. The main door is not wheelchair accessible. We always get the crab pretzel cause they are always on point!! Normally our first choice in picking a place to eat out. We've always had friendly waiters, and they've completely redone our food the rare times they forget something, like no jalapenos.
